When you pay for the order, two operations take place: account balance top up and payment for the order from the account balance. The first operation requires the fee of the payment method you selected, and the second operation requires the FunPay fee (read more here).
It is impossible to top up the balance without making an order. Unfortunately, there is no such functionality.
